Depriving Enemy Nations of Integral Authorizations and Licenses (DENIAL) Act
Purpose
A bill to amend the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 to provide for a presumption of denial of licenses for the export, reexport, or in-country transfer of technology to end users in the People's Republic of China or the Russian Federation, and for other purposes.
