Purpose
To protect scientific integrity in Federal research and policymaking, and for other purposes.
Summary of Selected Provisions
- Establishes in statute Obama-era requirements that agencies that fund or conduct scientific research must implement scientific integrity policies
- Directs agencies to commission a National Academy of Public Administration review of existing scientific integrity policies
