Lanetta Gilder

Lanetta joined AIP Foundation team in August 2020 during the height of the pandemic. Lanetta has been working in nonprofits for almost two decades serving as a database administrator in the following sectors: health care, the physical sciences, social services, Catholic education, private school education, higher education and foundations. In her various roles and duties, Lanetta has been responsible for data management and technical aspects of a variety of donor management systems.   

As the Development Coordinator II, this role is critical to the day-to-day operations of AIP Foundation team, which is necessary for creating strategies, cultivating, engaging and stewarding donors. As an advancement services professional, Lanetta leads the Foundation team’s philanthropic mission and vision through data analytics, data management and prospect research, which impacts strategic planning for annual giving, major giving, planned giving and prospect research. As the Foundation team continues to build a culture of philanthropy, Lanetta’s role is to execute data driven fundraising that will continue to assist AIP Foundation to expand on its philanthropic investment.
