In her role as CTCO at AIP, Angeli leads the development and implementation of talent and culture strategies that support our mission and our transformation. Angeli brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of leading and executing transformation initiatives at firms including Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Chase. In 2020 she opened her advisory firm, TechReadyHR, to focus on her passion of helping clients evolve their business models and people strategies. Her clients have ranged across industries – nonprofits, energy and start-ups. Her efforts are focused on creating relevant and valuable employee experiences that help both employees and the organization thrive.
